Ingredients
  

  • For the Salmon
  • pounds salmon fillet skin removed and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Garnish
  • Chopped chives
  • Sesame seeds optional
  • Green onions optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F or the oven to 400°F.
  • Pat the salmon dry and cut it into evenly sized bite sized cubes.
  • Toss the salmon with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth.
  • Coat the salmon with half of the Bang Bang sauce and reserve the remaining sauce for serving.
  • Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, or bake for 15 to 16 minutes until the salmon reaches 145°F internally.
  • Transfer the salmon to a serving plate, drizzle with the reserved Bang Bang sauce, garnish with chives, and serve immediately.
