- For the Salmon
- 1½ pounds salmon fillet skin removed and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- For the Bang Bang Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Garnish
- Chopped chives

Preheat the air fryer to 390°F or the oven to 400°F.
Pat the salmon dry and cut it into evenly sized bite sized cubes.
Toss the salmon with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth.
Coat the salmon with half of the Bang Bang sauce and reserve the remaining sauce for serving.
Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, or bake for 15 to 16 minutes until the salmon reaches 145°F internally.
Transfer the salmon to a serving plate, drizzle with the reserved Bang Bang sauce, garnish with chives, and serve immediately.
