- 1 butterfly pea flower tea bag or 1½ teaspoons dried butterfly pea flowers
- ¾ cup filtered hot water
- 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
- ⅓ cup half and half
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice
Heat the water to about 180°F (82°C).
