- For the Beef:
- 1.5 lbs ground beef 80/20
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- For the Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2.5 tbsp relish
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- For the Garlic Butter:
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp garlic pureed
- For Assembly:
- 8 –10 slices American cheese
- 4 large croissants
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside in the fridge.
Combine melted butter and garlic for garlic butter.
Preheat skillet or grill to high heat.
Roll ground beef into loose balls (do not overwork).
