- 2 large ripe bananas mashed (about ¾ cup)
- ½ cup almond butter
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon optional
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, salt, cinnamon, chocolate chips, and walnuts.
